4 year old computer with Radeon HD 3800, 4 Gb RAM, Windows 7 x64, dual core ATHLON 5600+ 2x EVE clients running, one in CQ, one autopiloting. CQ loaded in <10seconds, not much slower than pre-Incarna. To all the whiners, maybe its your system?
